What it does

Four things, live today on the Sudan server.

  • A shared register of sites

One register of displacement sites that every organisation shares: who works where, how many people, how crowded, from the field.

  • Referrals that get an answer

Refer a person to another organisation with their consent. The receiver answers, and you see whether it was on time.

  • Who does what, where

Each organisation declares its activities and the needs it cannot cover, so gaps show without a spreadsheet.

  • A phone app for the field

Field workers report from where they stand, in Arabic or English, and offline when the network is down.

What we hold to

The data is yours.

UnityHelp is a tool for organisations, not a channel for their data.

  • Free for humanitarian actorsPaid plans for other users fund it.
  • The data is yoursThe organisation that records data owns it, and decides what is shared.
  • Nothing about a person leavesNothing about a person is sold or shared with a partner or an authority. The AI provider does not train on it, and sealed cases never reach it.
  • Built for weak connectionsThe phone app keeps work until the network returns; the site loads on a slow line.

Getting started

From a first email to the first report.

  1. Write to us

From your organisation's address, with its name and the state it works in.

  2. Your administrator is invited

They receive a link to set a password, then invite colleagues with one-time codes.

  3. Report from the field

Field workers install the app and send reports from where they stand, online or not.

Bring your organisation onto the platform

It is free for humanitarian actors, and the data you record stays yours.
